Available in 11 different colors, each Dymondwood ulu kitchen knife is made using 21 layers of colorized and high pressure pressed birchwood. Includes matching color base. Handmade by Christopher Dingle in the Pacific Northwest.

An ulu is an all purpose knife used mainly in the kitchen for cutting fish, meat, vegetables, herbs, and even cheese and pizza. A very versatile and easy to use cutting tool!

Traditionally, the ulu was used by the Inuit people of Alaska and Canada for skinning and cutting meat and fish.
