Alaska Wild Harvest’s Birch Cream Caramels are rich, creamy, and laced with pecans. The candies are individually wrapped in gold foil for a visual and culinary treat. Sweetened with Alaska Wild Harvest’s own birch syrup – wild harvested from the sap of birch trees near Talkeentna – these caramels are truly a wild taste of Alaska.
Ingredients
Cane Sugar, Milk, Cream, Butter, Birch Syrup, Corn Syrup, Pecans, Lecithin. Contains dairy, nuts, corn, and soy.
We were reading Call of the Wild in class and as a treat ordered some authentic food from Alaska. The kids loved the “gold nuggets” they received!

I bought the gold nuggets to give as treats to friends and family in Minnesota - they loved the taste and that it was a “gold nugget” from Alaska. We’re used to maple syrup here and everyone really liked the flavor of the birch.
