We have a 30-day return policy for most Items except those purchased in our Sales Section/Collection. All those Items are considered Final Sales and are not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items purchased online or in stores between Nov 1 and Dec 24 may be returned through Jan 15th the following year, or 30 days from ship date (online purchases) or date-of-purchase (in store purchases), whichever is later.
Returns made with a gift receipt will be processed onto a gift card. No receipt returns will be processed at current selling price onto a gift card.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We offer two options for refunds.
1. If you are willing to accept store credit, we will email you a shipping label for your return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item here, if there are no issues with the returned item, we will email you an electronic gift card for the total amount paid, including the origianl shipping charge, for use either on online or in-store.
2. If you prefer to receive a full refund instead,you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping of the item. This expenses is not reimbursed. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item here, if there are no issues with the returned item, the cost of the item and original shipping cost will be refunded to your original form of payment. Notification of the processed Refund will be emailed to you automatically. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company can take 3-10 business days to process and post a refund to your account depending on the company.
