Based off an area that I consider Alaska’s Disneyland for bush planes with so many gravel bars and strips to practice landings and go explore. The glacial feed braided rivers of Alaska are one of my favorite awe-inspiring features that this great land offers. This painting is featured at the 2025 Great Alaska Aviation Gathering.
