Birched Honey

Our mid-run birch syrup and wildflower honey make a perfect blend. This is an awesome sweetener with an extra birch zing! I can’t put anything else on cornbread!

A wonderful blend of our mid-run Kahiltna Gold pure birch syrup and raw Wildflower Honey. Our honey comes from the banks of the Little Susitna River, at the foot of the Talkeetnas. Our wild organic honey comes from Washington State. Blending birch and honey mellows the flavor of birch and enhances the bouquet of the honey.

Use it in place of regular honey, and enjoy that extra birch zing!
