Jade Ulu with Moose Crown Base

A stunning nephrite jade handle ulu with moose antler “crown” base and 440 stainless steel cutting blade. Each piece is a one of a kind and may vary in jade color and also the color, shape, and size of the antler base due to our natural materials used.

The ulu is an all purpose knife used mainly in the kitchen for cutting fish, meat, vegetables, herbs, and even cheese and pizza! A very versatile, easy to use, and ultra sharp cutting tool.

Traditionally, the ulu was used by the Inuit people of Alaska and Canada for skinning and cutting meat and fish.
