This adorable Alaska State Otter Greeting Card comes in 4.5x5.5 size and is blank inside. Also included is a white envelope. Packaged in a plastic sleeve for protection.  Created by local Alaskan artist Abby VanCannon.

Every time we head to Seward, Alaska my son and I spend a little time by the water looking for these adorable creatures. They usually show up floating with friends, munching on seaweed, and other appetizers from the sea. Watching them turns into a game to see who can spot another as these social creatures pop up out of the water, ready to take a nap and enjoy the sun.
