A Weekly Coloring contest for all !

Synopsis:

We (FTT) will host a Weekly Facebook Coloring Contest with AK Artist Amanda Rose Warren (ARW) through the months of November (Nov) & December (Dec) 2020. Every Monday, participants can print an ARW original Coloring page from our FTT Facebook (FB) page. Participants will have until 5pm (that Saturday) to post their completed Coloring Page in the Comments section of the same FB Contest post. There is no limit to the amount of submissions one person can make each week or throughout the contest. FTT will select a Weekly Winner and announce every Sunday on FB. The Weekly Winner will receive a $10 Gift Certificate (valid in store or online) and free ARW Sticker of their choice. Amanda will choose a Monthly Winner from that month’s group of Weekly Winners. The Monthly Winner will receive a $25 Gift Certificate (valid in store or online) and a signed ARW Coloring Book. A Grand Prize Winner will be chosen by all our FB viewers. Whichever posted Coloring Pager receives the most ‘Likes’ over the course of the Contest wins. Every Coloring Page posted during the Contest (from beginning to end) is eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 Gift Certificate (valid in store or online) and their choice of any ARW print which she will sign. 10 extra votes can be earned: all participants can receive up to 10 extra votes by signing up (or already being signed-up) at FTT’s website (5 extra votes) or ARW Coloring Club (5 extra votes) before Jan 2.

Details:

Where to find the Coloring Page- Go to our FB page at https://www.facebook.com/foreststidesandtreasures every Monday after 9am AK time to print the weekly Amanda Rose Warren (ARW) original Coloring page.
What is next- Color in the ARW Coloring page as you wish with whatever medium you wish. *Note that any submissions containing profanity, nudity, suggestive material, and other content deemed inappropriate by FTT will be deleted and disqualified.
How to submit- Participants will have until 5pm Saturday (of that week) to post their completed ARW Coloring page in the ‘Comment Section’ of the same FB post from which the page was printed. ****There is no limit to the amount of submissions you can make during the life of the contest*****.
Weekly winners- On Sunday (of each week), the Weekly Winner will be announced by FTT at 9am AK time at their FB page. Each Weekly Winner will receive a $10 Gift certificate and their choice of one ARW sticker. The Gift Certificate can be used in store or online at the FTT website. Everyone is eligible to participate every week of the Contest.
Monthly Winners- Amanda will choose the November and December Monthly Winners from the group of each month’s Weekly Winners. Each Monthly Winner will receive a $25 Gift certificate and a signed coloring book from Amanda.
Grand Prize Winner- The FTT FB viewers will vote by liking their favorite posted Coloring pictures. All Coloring Pages posted throughout the entire contest are eligible to win the Grand Prize. Voting for the Grand Prize Winner will take place during the life of the contest from Nov 9- Jan 2. Whichever ARW Coloring Page receives the most votes during the last week of voting will win $100 and a signed ARW print of their choice.
Earning additional Votes- Each participant has the chance to earn a total of 10 additional votes towards Grand Prize Voting. Each Participant who signs-up (or is already signed-up) for the FTT Monthly email at foreststidesandtreasures.com will receive 5 additional votes towards the Grand Prize voting. Any Participant who signs-up (or is already signed-up) for the ARW Coloring Club at https://mailchi.mp/3302ead00063/arwsubscribe will also receive 5 additional votes towards the Grand Prize voting.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: No purchase or payment is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You have not yet won. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Starts Nov 9, 2020 and ends Jan 2, 2021.
VALID PARTICIPATION: Contest participation requires you to post your completed original Amanda Rose Warren (ARW) Coloring Page in the comments section of each Weekly Fb Contest post found on the Forests Tides and Treasures FB page.

SUBMISSION PERIOD: All Entries must be posted during the eligible dates listed on the contest page to participate in the Contest. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest. Each weekly winner will be eligible to be considered for the Monthly Winner prizes. All pictures submitted correctly in the Comments section of the FB Contest will be eligible for Grand Prize.
INDIVIDUAL ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are eligible.
PRIVACY: By entering the Contest, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to use your name, city and state of residence, and any content you submit such as a photograph, letter, or video (“Submitted Content”), for editorial, advertising, commercial and publicity purposes by Sponsor and any affiliates unless otherwise requested differntly. Such use is permitted in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, except as otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, edit, adapt or reproduce Submitted Content in full or in part, but Sponsor is not obligated to publish or use any Submitted Content.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, (b) any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Contest; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (f) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (g) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest.

Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Contest.
This Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all Contest matters. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective members, officers, agents, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Contest. Sponsor and its affiliates and assigns are not responsible for any error in the offering or announcement of any rebate or in the administration of the Contest.
